  • Who maintains the lakes? The City of Weston. 
  • Who provides waste management and how can I replace my garbage bin? Contact Republic Services for any waste management questions at 954-583-1830.
  • When are trash pick up days? Tuesday and Friday.
  • When are recycle pick up days?  Tuesday only. 
  • What are the hours of the pool? The pool deck and pool are open from dawn to dusk. 
  • How much does a barcode cost? $10.00 for registered vehicles. Non-resident barcodes cost $50.00 each. 
  • When and where are the Board Meetings? The Board meets every fourth Thursday of the month at Rick Case Honda or via Zoom.
  • When are the Architectural Control Committee meetings? The committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month to review pending applications.
  • Where can I get paint colors for my house? In the management office by the pool area or by logging into the website. 
  • Can you make the association payment online? Yes, you can pay with an electronic check for free or with a credit card with an additional fee. Autopay is free.
  • When is my payment considered to be late? The payment is due on the first of every month. The payment must be processed by the bank and posted to your account on or before the 15th.  Payments received without coupons will take longer to process. This includes bill pay payments.
  • When can I park my car on the street? Sunday through Thursday you can park on the street anytime except from 1:00am until 5:00am. You may park in the street on Friday and Saturday anytime except from 2:00am until 5:00am.
  • Who should I call if I witness suspicious activity? Call Broward Sheriff's office non-emergency line at 954-389-2010 or 911 in case of an emergency.
  • What do I do when a party is too loud or out of control?  Who do I call? You may call security and they will attempt to reach the residents.  If the noise continues, you will need to call BSO the non-emergency number at 954-389-2010.
